What should I bring?
Referral letter from your GP or consultant, if you have one. Any relevant X-ray and/or MRI scan reports. List of current prescribed medication. Insurance details including membership number and authorisation number for treatment.
Where can I park?
There is space on the driveway to park, or use the lay-by opposite the house if it’s free.
How long will my appointment last?
The initial assessment will last 45 minutes. Subsequent appointments will be between 30-45 minutes.

Do you do home visits?
Domiciliary visits within the Horsham area can be arranged by appointment.
Is there a cancellation charge?
The clinic will charge for missed appointments and changes to appointments made with less than 24 hours notice. There is a 100% charge for missed appointments. Please consider that if the clinic does not have adequate notice from you, they will not be able to offer that appointment to another patient who may really need it that day.
